Reno 1:1 personal trainer
A solo coach offering in-person training at a Reno gym, with single sessions, monthly plans, and a nutrition add-on.

What we found
- The offer, a strong client story, and real prices were all on the page, mixed into long paragraphs.
- The headline described a problem but not who the coaching is for, where it happens, or what it costs.
- The only next step was a generic “Contact Now,” with nothing that asked for a call or a session.
- The client story was one long block of text, so the best line was easy to miss.
What the concept changes
A hero that answers the basics
1:1 training, the city and gym, years of experience, and a “Book a free intro call” button on the first screen.
Proof next to the ask
The client story leads with its strongest line, with the full text one tap away and the results pulled out as three short points.
Pricing you can scan
Three plan cards with who each is for, sessions per month, and one highlighted plan. Nutrition shown as a separate add-on.
A form that does the qualifying
Goal and how often you could train are one tap each, then name and contact. Choosing a plan pre-fills the form.
A booking bar on phones
A slim “Free intro call” bar stays at the bottom of the screen and hides itself once the form is in view.
FAQ for the real objections
Where we train, whether beginners are welcome, what happens on the call, and whether you can try one session first.
This concept was made by Plate & Iron as a design study. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or commissioned by the trainer, and it is not their website. We kept the original prices and wording where possible and changed the structure around them.
