How it works

See it first. Then decide.

You shouldn't have to buy a website on a sales pitch. We redesign your current homepage for free, show you what changed, and build it only if you want it live.

Step one · free

The mockup.

  1. We review your site

On a phone and a laptop. We check whether a stranger can tell who you train, what it costs, why to trust you, and how to book.

  2. We redesign your homepage

Built as a real web page, not a slide. Your offer up top, proof near the ask, prices visible, one clear booking path.

  3. We write up what changed

A short note on each change and why, plus what a live version would still need (real photos, a connected form, and so on).

  4. You get a private link

Look at it on your own phone, then book a 15-minute walkthrough if you want one.

Ground rules

Every mockup is labeled as an unaffiliated concept, not your live site. We never say or suggest you're a client unless you hire us, and we never publish your brand without your written permission.

Step two · paid

The build.

About 2–3 weeks from deposit to launch, depending on how quickly we get your photos and feedback.

  1. Week 0

    Quote and kickoff

Fixed quote and a written scope. 50% deposit. You send logo, photos, prices, and bios.

  2. Weeks 1–2

    Build

Pages, forms, booking, analytics, and SEO basics, tested on real phones.

  3. Weeks 2–3

    Review

Two rounds of revisions. Anything beyond the agreed scope is quoted before we do it.

  4. Launch

    Go live

We connect your domain, walk you through the site, and hand everything over. 50% balance due.

FAQ

Questions trainers ask.

Something else? Ask us directly.

Is the mockup really free?

Yes. No card, no contract. We only take on a few each month, so we pick sites where we can make a clear difference and tell you honestly if yours is already in good shape.

What if I don’t want to go ahead?

Then that’s it. You owe us nothing. We never publish your name, logo, photos, or site as our work without your written permission.

Who owns the finished site?

You do. Once the balance is paid, the design, code, and domain are yours. You’re not locked into a care plan.

Do I have to leave Squarespace or Wix?

Usually we build a new site and point your existing domain at it. If you’d rather stay where you are, say so on the call and we’ll tell you straight whether that makes sense.

Can I update the site myself?

Tell us how often you change things. If you update prices or programs often, we’ll quote a simple way for you to edit them. If not, small updates are covered by the care plan.

Do you write the copy?

Pro includes an edit pass on your existing text: tighter, clearer, easier to scan. We keep claims about training and lifestyle and stay away from medical or guaranteed-result claims.

Do you only work with trainers in Reno?

No. We started with trainers in Reno and Sparks, where we can meet in person. Online coaches anywhere are welcome. Everything else happens over email and video calls.

What do you need from me for the build?

Your logo if you have one, prices, a short bio, and the best photos you have. Client results and reviews only with your clients’ permission. If your photos aren’t great, photo direction is an add-on.
